QA/QC Introduction

All Winer QC job are completely in accordance with ISO9001 since later last decade,

our system are always put the PROCESS CONTROL on the first place, not matter  raw maeteial input, process or final inspection are strictly carried out by different team, we stress prevent defect at the beginning and make correct action after the defect was occurrs.

Every Winer product, before it's approved for shipment from Winer, is carefully scrutinized for imperfections. Each is inspected by not one or two, but three teams of quality control specialists. Winer is dedicated to maintaining the company's impeccable reputation for product quality and customer satisfaction.

At Winer every product made must score 100 percent on a 27 point check list before it is passed to the third inspection stage. After the hot water tested twice, a third QC team will inspect the finished product again. Then it is dried, polished,detailed, padded, packed and labelled for delivery
